Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

Mangomoji works in conjunction with third-party services such as Apple Music and Spotify. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Mangomoji is provided "as-is" without any warranty. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation, warranties that the app is free of defects, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose and non-infringing.

Children's Use

Mangomoji is not directed to children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Mangomoji immediately if you violate these Terms of Use or if we reasonably believe that your conduct causes harm or liability to a user, third party, or Mangomoji itself.
